Metal oxide lightning arrester is a high-tech product from the 1990s internationally. It uses oxygen zinc resistors with excellent nonlinear volt ampere characteristics, which results in the surge of lightning arresters and lightning waves. The protection characteristics under operating waves have been greatly improved compared to traditional silicon carbide lightning arresters. Especially zinc oxide resistors have good slope response characteristics, no delay in steep slope voltage, low residual voltage during operation, and no discharge dispersion. Thus, it overcomes the disadvantages of high steep discharge voltage caused by steep slope discharge delay and large dispersion of operation wave discharge, which leads to high operation wave discharge voltage in silicon carbide lightning arresters. This greatly improves the protection margin under steep slopes and operation waves, and in terms of insulation coordination, it can achieve similar protection margins for steep slopes, lightning waves, and operation waves, providing optimal protection for power equipment and improving the reliability of protection. Zinc lightning arrester has the ability to absorb lightning overvoltage, operational overvoltage, and power frequency transient overvoltage simultaneously.

It is molded with integral silicone rubber, with good sealing performance, excellent explosion-proof performance, pollution resistance and no cleaning, and can reduce the occurrence of wet flashes in foggy days. The standards for product production implementation are GB11032-2000 (eQVIEC60099-4:1991) "AC Non Aging Metal Oxide Surge Arrester" and JB/T8952-2005 "Composite Jacketed Non Gap Metal Oxide Surge Arrester for AC Systems"

Usage environment

1. The ambient temperature is -40 ℃~+40 ℃;
3. The power frequency is 48HZ~62Hz;
5. Areas with seismic intensity of 7 degrees or below.
2. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
4. The maximum wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s;
The long-term applied voltage shall not exceed its maximum continuous operating voltage.
