This series of products draws on the advantages of porcelain insulators and silicone rubber insulators: the solid pouring structure of the end connection fittings and porcelain core discs maintains the stable and reliable mechanical tensile strength of the original porcelain insulators. The silicone rubber composite formed by injection molding on the surface of the porcelain core disc is externally matched, which makes it have a series of characteristics superior to porcelain insulator, such as hydrophobicity, anti-aging, strong resistance to electric corrosion, light weight, etc., and solves the problem that composite insulators cannot be used for tension poles in high-voltage lines (especially 110KV-750KV).
Scope of use
This series of products can be applied to various occasions in 10KV-750KV overhead power lines. The end connection fittings are consistent with disc-shaped suspension insulators of the same specifications and can be interchanged.
