Product Overview

The 35KV, 66KV, 110KV, and 220KV windproof composite series products are suitable for use with high-voltage line jumpers. They can effectively prevent jumper wires from drifting in the wind, ensuring insulation distance between phases and ground. Also known as hard jumper insulators, they eliminate phenomena such as line tripping, wire arc burns, broken strands, and broken wires caused by jumper wires. Solved the important hidden danger of conductor swaying in the wind that threatens the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines.

Product replaceability and universality

The product can replace the suspension insulator at the hard jumper running in the line, and various connection fittings with the iron tower are available for users to choose from. Special specifications of iron tower connection fittings can also be customized for users. Quick and convenient installation.

Product installation method

1. During the transportation and installation of windproof composite insulators, they should be handled with care, not thrown, and avoided from colliding or rubbing with miscellaneous items (wires, iron plates, tools, etc.) and sharp hard objects;
2. When lifting, the knot should be tied to the end attachment, and it is strictly prohibited to tie it to the umbrella skirt or sheath. When the rope must touch the umbrella skirt and sheath parts, it should be wrapped with soft cloth at the contact part;
3. Windproof composite insulators shall not be used as auxiliary tools for wire laying (winding) to avoid damage to the insulators due to impact or bending moments;
4. It is strictly prohibited to step on the insulator umbrella skirt;
5. When installing the equalizing ring, attention should be paid to adjusting it so that the ring is perpendicular to the axis of the insulator. For the open type C equalizing ring, pay attention to the consistent opening direction at both ends to facilitate discharge and protect the umbrella skirt;
